We are a small team in Rio building the cleaning operation that short-let hosts never had.
Why we exist
Anyone running short-let properties in Rio coordinates cleaning over WhatsApp: a message to confirm, a message to remind, a loose photo as proof it was done, and a notebook to work out what to pay at the end of the month. That holds until the second property. After that it becomes a check-in risk.
How we work
The cleaner accepts or declines every job, and declining never carries a consequence. The full address appears only after she accepts. The price is agreed before she starts. These are not product preferences: they are requirements of Brazilian law, and the product was designed around them.
Where we are
The platform is in development and has not opened to the public. We have no customer numbers to show because we have no customers yet. When we do, they will appear here by name and with permission.
